Refund policy

Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is:
• Unused  
• Unworn  
• Lace uncut  
• In original condition and packaging  

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

Vanity Hair & Beauty reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
